This walk and talk outing has been created for anyone who want to just walk and talk, or indeed walk and listen!
Life can be challenging and we all have our ups and downs. Too many people are left feeling lost, lonely and unhappy and totally disconnected from anyone.
We want a community where people can feel connected and part of something so we can offer support, friendship and encouragement to each other.
Getting outdoors in the fresh air has so many benefits but it’s particularly good for our mental health and well-being.
This is a safe, supportive space for people to come together to simply walk and talk.
